A new adapter for Lasers is coming out soon.  It allows the hydraulic self-leveling mount to be mounted to a clamp mount to be fixed to the bow cleat on a Laser.

Since I am having trouble loading video you can see the reports put together by editor Scott Shucher for Gary Jobson.  The on board cameras and mounts are all Horizon True systems, not all use the self leveling mounts, though.

Paige Railey and Clair Dennis had cameras today for the Womens Laser Radial.  Mens Laser - cameras were with Clay Johnson and Rod Crane.  Hoping for good video.  This morning a storm blew through and we are expecting 18-25 Knot winds switching from the south to W/NW.  More later!

Well, the breeze was good but no more than 16 Knots.  The cameras did well today.  I used the GoPro without any microphone.  Attached with a clamp mount on the bow eye. Here is a snap shot of the camera view.  I am still working on a way to load video to the blog page.

Another great day on the water here in Miami!  Cameras were on two Stars today.  We used extended mast mounts boats. (and a lot of Duck Tape).  Due to the low sweeping boom that extends beyond the transom, a stern mount would not work as well as the mast mount and even on the mast it is difficult to keep it  out of the way of the jib sheets.  The two boats were our leading USA boats with Mark Mendelblatt and Brian Fatih, the other boat was with George Szabo and Frithjof Keen.

The on-board video didn't work today.  We had some camera issues.  Bummer, seems there is always a learning curve.  Tomorrow we will be on the Lasers!
