Time to upgrade your current camera mount? No problem! Buy a new mount, then send in your old mount and we'll refund up to $150.00 (depending on the mount you are turning in) of your purchase after we receive the old mount. Follow these steps to exchange your mount.
1) Buy a new mount online.
2) Fill out the Exchange Form.
3) Mail your old mount and a copy of the receipt from your new mount to Horizon True.

Horizon True will refund $150 upon receipt of the completed exchange form, receipt of a copy of the receipt from the purchase of a new mount dated no less than 30 days from the date the exchange form was submitted and receipt of a Horizon True camera mount in working condition. Pendulum models will receive a $100 rebate and counterbalance models will receive a $150 rebate that will be mailed in the form of a check. Pleas allow 4-6 weeks for processing and ship times.
